5. EDUCATIONAL AND PORTFOLIO USE OF SUBMITTED NAIL WORK
Where this is clearly disclosed at or before submission, nail-work photographs and videos submitted for professional feedback may also be selected and used by Moskalina Studio in an anonymized or non-identifying form for educational, portfolio, case-study, and professional-content purposes.
Examples may include:

• nail-work breakdowns;
• educational Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, and videos;
• before-and-after or progression examples;
• case studies;
• technical demonstrations;

Submission of content does not transfer ownership of the original content to Moskalina Studio.

6. IDENTITY, FACES, NAMES, AND SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES
Submitting nail-work photographs does not automatically authorize Moskalina Studio to publicly identify you or another identifiable person appearing in the material.
Unless additional permission or another lawful basis applies, Moskalina Studio will not intentionally publish:

• your full name;
• your social-media username or handle;
• your identifiable face;
• a client’s identifiable face;
• other information that directly identifies you or another individual

as part of a public nail-work breakdown, case study, or educational example.
If Moskalina Studio wishes to identify you by name or social-media handle, feature your identifiable face, use an identifiable testimonial, or otherwise use personal information for a materially different promotional purpose, additional permission may be requested where required.

7. PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK
Feedback provided in response to photographs or other submitted material is educational in nature.
A photograph cannot necessarily show every aspect of preparation, nail condition, product application, client history, technique, curing, or service process.
Feedback therefore reflects the information reasonably available from the submission and should not be understood as a guarantee of a particular result or as a complete diagnosis of every possible cause of a technical problem.

8. PAID DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Moskalina Studio may offer paid digital products, guides, courses, lessons, templates, videos, educational resources, consultations, or other products and services.
